A Little About Lugz

Our goals are to create a company that breathes a breath of fresh air into the industry.

The economic climate at the moment is not affording many people much in the way of financing to spend on expensive design.

By consolidating many different mediums into one company, we aim to save you money and achieve a consistency within your branding.

Lugz Media offer 3 different levels of design, which are priced accordingly. This means you will be able to decide what you can afford and you will have a much clearer idea of what you are getting for your money.

The internet is fast becoming the first port-of-call for companies and their potential customers, and Lugz Media hold the ethos that a website is a lot more cost effective to design and maintain than placing advertising in magazines or newspapers and when planned properly, a website can reach just as many people.

How We Will Work With You

Lugz Media offer a no obligation consultation, where we invite you to come to our studio and have a chat about your project.  From this we will design a detailed brief that will describe your project in detail.

From here, we will write out an itemised quotation which will outline every aspect of your project so you know exactly what you are getting and how much it will cost.  Once you have approved this quotation, we will send you our starter pack, this will include a schedule of work, FAQ's and payment instructions. 

Lugz Media work a '3 Phase' payment system, this spreads the cost throughout the course of the project than paying a full lump sum at the end. 

After that Lugz Media will provide you with a 'Username' and 'Password' so you can log in to our website where you can monitor a personal blog.  Our designers will upload all their current designs to this blog and you can provide immediate feedback keeping our relationship with you prompt and frequent.  Your designer will explain more about this.

Website Management

Upon the completion of your website, you may want Lugz Media to maintain it for you.

Our range of 'post-design' management services include:

Monthly Subscription
A monthly payment will be agreed with you at the end of your project, and you gather all the updates you need and send them to us at the end of each month.  At the end of the first year of this management service, Lugz Media offer a discounted re-design of your site, where we sit down and discuss how the website has served you and what improvements you would like to see made.

Pay-by-Update
If your site does not require a lot of maintenance, then we offer a Pay-by-Update service where you contact us with a package of updates and we will agree a price to upload your changes.

Do it Yourself
We can provide a service for you to log in to your site and update text and images yourself but this does depend on the initial design the site, if you would like this service it's best to let us know at the start!
