Lugz Media have a policy that only offers new positions within the company to graduates.  Lugz Media was founded by graduates that were rejected at every turn but 'other' design studio's due to a lack of experience.  What they failed to see is that students and graduates are of the finest creative people in the world.  Universities are the first to keep up with changes in modern technologies and are the first to train their students accordingly, therefore Lugz Media believes that graduates should be given a chance.

We offer a training scheme where we invite you into our studio for a week's internship, and if you like us and we like you then we will offer you a paid part time position here until you graduate.  If all goes well, then Lugz Media will have you trained up and ready to start as a lead designer by the time you have graduated.  If you would like more information on our graduate scheme please dont hesitate to get in touch.
